We are also set up to ship via most collect carriers. Please contact us to arrange for alternative shipping methods.

It depends on where you are. Orders will be processed and generally ship out within 48 hours. For domestic shipping it can range from 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Products must be returned within 15 days of delivery date for refund and subject to the following conditions:

* Unopened and factory sealed otherwise 20% restocking fee will be deducted

* No refund on shipping charge

* Returns must include original packaging

* Must be shipped prepaid. (Customer is responsible for return shipping)

* No returns on custom ordered items

For defective merchandise it will be fully refunded.
