Return

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Products must be returned within 15 days of deliver date for refund and subject to the following conditions:

• Unopened and factory sealed otherwise 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.
• No refund on shipping charge
• Returns must include original packaging
• Must be shipped prepaid. (Customer is responsible for return shipping)
• No returns on custom ordered items

For defective merchandise it will be fully refunded.

 

Exchange

In the event of exchange, please contact us before return the product and place a new order. We will ship and ask for or credit the difference after we receive the returned item(s).
